The book is interesting, and might be of real value to some. I think you must have to go to a workshop of hers in person to get the best of out the process she describes. The Audio simply doesn't work. She rattles through things too quickly and it's such a personal process that just being hurried along is fairly irritating. Also the first CD just reiterates the stuff you've just spent time reading in the book!! I think you can probably listen and try to 'talk' yourself through this process, but it's never going to be as powerful as going to a seminar (although I've not been to one - they're pretty pricey!). It wasn't a good experience for me and I'm glad I didn't pay too much for the CDs

Fantastic resource from Brandon. Her lovely soothing voice takes you through the layers to traumatic/distressing memories and talks you through the stages of healing. Almost as good as attending one of her seminars.
