Format:Audio CD
I read the Journey almost 5 years ago, and it and the practices within the book have literally transformed me and my life over that time, Brandons unique journey that she speaks of in the book is inspiring and gives you the strength to face your demons,and discover the lessons we need to learn to move forward in our life find true inner peace and be who we truly are.
The audiobook is the text of the book with the added bonus of having the process you need to use to do the work to clear out the issues in your life that hold you back,and cause physical and emotional blocks, with Brandons guidance you feel she's with you on your journey.
The book itself is not the life changing element, inspiring as it is, the true power is in using the processes featured in the book.

Format:Audio CD
There seems to be a little confusion on this one: it's not an audio version of Brandon's book The Journey, but rather an audio guide to the process work contained in the book. You need to have read the book for this to work. If you have read it, this is a great way to start 'Journeying'. Brandon explains in more detail what the process work is all about, gives some useful tips, then guides you on your own Journey processes. I feel that the Physical Journey works better in this format than the Emotional Journey, and either way it's powerful to have Brandon's voice guiding you through your own healing introspection. I loved it!

I think the book The Journey,is a really good read and the [Audiobook CD's]are really good value for money.The three CD's are full of information and Brandon Bays voice is so relaxing as she talk's you along your Journey.I did fall asleep the first time but I felt great afterwards.A really good buy to help you sort your life out.
She has had a very full life and helped so many people so far,that most be good.
