I bought this book to give me some ideas for the family brunch we were having after my son's bris. It has been so useful and such fun to read as well! My mother and I cooked the bagel chips and cinnamon cake for 32 delighted members of our family and friends. Yum, yum.

this book really gives a new perspective on the Jewish Festivals & Simchas. The recipes are so simple to make. The ones I have tasted are superb. If you buy the book for a presy, it is an ideal gift, but make sure you have a copy for yourself. The sweet potato & apple latkes were so amazing, I will definitely be making for Chanukah.

I was so excited to recieve this cookbook as a gift.
So far the 2 recipes I have tried did not come out as I had hoped.
Sweet and sour meatballs I think measurements are incorrect, trying again without adding water to sauce
chocolate sour cream cake same issue, too much sour cream
will keep trying, its a great gift to give newlywed or any friend that likes to cook especially if they are jewish.
