Well i know that JNL is one of the most famous women in america becuase of her body and workouts etc, but every single product of hers is just full of the same stuff, e.g. how she lost the weight, how she looks so good, what other products she has. And it can get a bit too much, for a cook book, theres actually not a lot of recipes. But dont get me wrong, i still like her, and there are some good recipes in there, but just too much advertising.

I LOVE this book. I do not know JNL personally, nor am I trying to endorse her products. I recently am getting back into fitness and this book is awesome. The recipes look complicated but are extremely easy to make, with foods you can find in any grocery store. It is a big book, with lots of beautiful glossy pics and a LOT of useful info. Highly recommended!

I love, Love, LOVE, this book. It is full of great recipes of delicious food, which are healthy! Yeah! I love cookbooks which have photos of the food and these photos are great. Jennifer Nicole Lee is also a great motivator within the book. She makes creating a meal plan easy. And she makes you want to change your life for the better. The book has great photos, wonderful recipes and ideas, and is easy to read. I highly recommend it!

Awesome supplement to a workout program. A book of recipes that help compliment the physical efforts that you are making is a win-win for your overall fitness results. The options are varied, yet not so complicated that you don't want to attempt them or aren't interested in trying them. Not everyone will like every recipe in every cookbook they buy, but if you can use/like more than half of them, it's worth the money!

Pretty good recipes but some of the processed food choices don't really fit into the clean living lifestyle. Maybe this should be geared to the person who has reached their goals and doesn't need that much restriction or who wnats to eat "cleaner."
