5.0 out of 5 stars Mission Accomplished 20 Feb 2013
By MC - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
It's been a while since I took a recommendation on a virtually unknown(to me at least)author and went cover to cover in a day. Because of the fantastic writing in the Italian Mission(and a long bus ride through what must have been "recently paroled country") I did just that. Either this guy has spent an enormous amount of time traveling the globe, or he spent an enormous amount of time researching his storyline. Probably both. I will definitely check out more of Champorcher's work.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast paced with many twists 20 Feb 2013
By Jeanne - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Camporcher's second novel really picks up the pace. Set in Italy with players from China, Tibet, South Africa and of course Washington, he really keeps the reader guessing who is on whose side. I hope I have not read the last of John Adams Conti, the skilled, daring, main character of the book. Once you start reading you will not want to put it down, and at the end you will be longing for more.

The story line never slows down. It is a good read. Only complaint would be the lack of effective proofreading.

3.0 out of 5 stars An exciting and entertaining polito-spy adventure 17 Mar 2013

An easy though somewhat predictable read. Enjoyable entertainment for a weekend. Could use a better proofreader, but fun none the less.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fun romp through Italy as a CIA agent 23 Feb 2013
By Sarah Elek - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book was a fun quick read! Very similar to Dan Brown's books. I always enjoy books involving the CIA, and foreign countries and customs. I would have loved more Italian flavor, cultural details, etc. Or more CIA details. I also would have liked more character development, more romance and backstory. Still I loved all the twists and turns, and got more interested as the story went along and got deeper. A good, fun read- recommended!
