This really is an invaluable addition to the collection of anyone interested in the life and works of Cornwall's main naive artists. For those people such as myself who enjoy the works of Alfred Wallis and Bryan Pearce, this is a fascinating insight into naivety in Cornish art. I have given this 5 stars, although this is obviously dependant on your interests. For art lovers, this book thoroughly deserves its 5 stars. If art does not appeal to you, then it would probably be worth only 3. It deserves 3, regardless of your interests. The writing is excellent and informative, and the works of the naive artists are a joy to behold. One of the most frequently read books on my shelf. Pure excellence.
