This is another good book for adult Indigos and crystals. The first half is the authors own life story, growing up in a time where words like Indigo and Crystal did not exist. There are some very detailed questionnaires to help find out if you or friends may be Indigo, Crystal or carrying both energies. The second half of the book deals with understanding what it means to be Indigo and coping with life in general. There is some very good advice on managing your energy, grounding, shielding yourself and using your energy constructively which is essential reading for Indigos or anyone on a spiritual path. I would also recommend you read Indigo Adults another informative and grounded book.

Without this book I probably would have gone mad. Essentially being an Indigo means being born with higher awareness, but it can feel pretty impossible living in a world where you see and feel things with such clarity and yet no-one else really seems to "get it". I always felt as if I was here for a specific purpose and was at odds with everything around me, when I got this book I went straight to the questionnaires just to see if I was what I suspected - what a lot of people term as "Indigo", it was such a relief to see that in actual fact I fit the description spot on, realised that therefore I was here for all the reasons I thought I was, and therefore could live my life with confidence and know that I can achieve all the things that I want to achieve - because it is not me that is at odds with everyone else, I simply see things differently and think differently to the majority, but ultimately want to do a lot of good and now I feel that I have the confidence in my ability to do that. The questionnaires and definitions are what make this book so important, read it.

There is not much really fresh availble for Indigo Adults, I have read nearly all that I could find on the websites and other reading material. Much is re-hashed and as an Indigo, I am totally frustrated with many authors attemps to sell material that has already been published in some other format.

This book how ever does take the journey a few steps further - I really do wish there was more fresh stuff out there to read, but alas, not yet. I find it especially frustrating as we are approaching 2012, a perfect opportunity to prepare ourselves.

As an Indigo myslef, I can only assume, that lack of tolerance and frustration with much of society, and keeping oneself in the background is what is keeping one of us to produce much more written material.

This book, apart from a few internet sites I have just come across offers another step in the right direction.

Well worth a read for an Indigo Adult

This book, I feel is the best I have discovered on the subject of Indigo Adults. It is well written, informative and enjoyable. The first section Olenas life journey is enthraling and inspiring, and as an Indigo myself, quite comforting. Highly reccommended!

I purchased this book because I have been told I am an Indigo. I found the book easy to read. The test in it blew me away! I would thoroughly recommend it for anyone interested in knowing about the subject. Good book
