It's a new term and a geography field trip looms. A new girl, Lauren, has joined the school, and Will has taken a particular shine to her. There's only one problem - she has her eye on Simon. No fish were inhumanely treated during the filming of the episode!

There is normally a drop un the quality of second series but this is not the case ,as the first series layed the plot and introduced the main actors , series two takes them to the limits of hilarity.

The same story in each episode a "quest for love" that put the boys in a win-win situation "what can go wrong ?" ,well everything . The good about this comedy is that the situations are very real and anyone with slighty clumsy mates will relate to them.

In terms of the episodes there are all very good and original but "exam time" has a 10/10 factor with many jokes coming one after the other and a massive one at the end that left me on the floor.

The second series ends with AS exams ,so there is another year of fun ahead and series 3 will start filming soon.

This is an amazing series. Full of humour. It really appeals to me as it is fairly reminiscent of life in state school sixth forms. It is very nostalgic. I would recommend to anyone who has an outlandish sense of humour and anyone who is not easily offended by crude language. :) A good gift for that university student.

Hysterically funny and well worth watching!

Bit of a shame there's only 6 episodes because you can easily watch it all in one night (just over 2 hours) but it'll stand up to watching several times

Probably perfectly watchable even if you haven't seen the 1st series because there isn't too much continuity between the episodes

Definitely worth buying!

The Inbetweeners has successfully captured life as teenager. Whilst shows like Skins make life to be one long sex filled party, with drama and crazy adventures, this show has captured what being a teenage boy is like for most of us - boring and frustrating. That's no bad thing though. It means that almost anyone can relate to the characters, for instance, everyone you talk to knows a character like Jay.

The comedy is like that of peep show in that it'll make you cringe, and it might not be for everyone, but its definitely worth watching. When i first saw the adverts I thought it would be rubbish, but give it a go and you won't regret it. I think it's fair to say that this is also a big improevment on an already great first series.

Awesome series.

Well written and always hilarious. You must watch this several times as you'll be laughing so hard and may miss the next vulgar, yet extremely amusing one-liner.

I love the Inbetweeners, its so funny, although a little explicit. Series 2 made me laugh many times, such as when they are stuck in the boat and they catch a fish. 'And say what? Help, we've caught a fish, we're only in the harbour, what are they going to do, tow us 4 feet closer to the shore!' made me laugh so much, Simon Bird (Will) is a really good actor. Another example is when they use hair removal cream to take away Wills pubes, but he has a date and wants them back, so Simon suggests to use a wig. If you are considering buying it, do as you won't regret it :)

I was drawn into the first series hearing our 17 year old son laughing out loud and quickly became hooked. The second series hasn't disappointed with more gems from surviving the sixth form. The characters are all so recognisable, wonderfully cast. I'm sure the writers can follow the lads into their final year at school and even beyond...
