Andy Parle is a chef with 25 years experience and has worked in 2 Michelin-starred restaurants. If you are looking for a genuine game book then this is it, full colour photos from the field to the table for all types of game. I bought this for a man who shoots and didn't want a cookbook that was mumsy or didn't apply to someone who actually hunts. Comprehensive photo led instructions for game preparation and cooking, excellent value for such a large and beautiful book. A real keeper.

A friend gave me a copy of this book and I have found it a really helpful reference book. Really clear pictures which are easy to follow. It has definately inspired me to get stuck in! There are very yummy receipes too! What more could you want. I think it will be the type of book that I keep refering back to time and again.
