A very beautiful book containing some wonderfully original ways of displaying unusual and interesting plants indoors. The photography alone makes it a feast for the eyes but it is totally practical as well - it shows you how to achieve those professional results so easily, even if you've never delved into potting compost before.
All in all an absolute winner as a gift, for the coffee table, in the potting shed or just to keep covetously for your own secret indulgence. Loved it!

Full of inspiring ideas, colourful photographs and valuable advice this is a book for everyone who keeps asking themselves – what if I wanted to have that little bit of green, but didn’t have any outside space at all? Believe it or not, you don’t need much space for impressive greenery – pretty plants can live in boxes, wine or brandy glasses and even bottles!

I think Isabelle’s book will inspire you to turn into an explorer and to make your own discoveries, while serving as a map that will help you to choose, grow, and decorate with houseplants. Reading her book you will learn some of her secrets and will be able to create tiny gardens – cacti’ and succulents’ oasis, aquatic landscapes, monochrome desserts or tropical sanctuaries. Well, as long as you know what tools and materials to use, what techniques to apply you can make your imagination run wild, right?

In just one sentence? The House Gardener will teach you how to create miniature green worlds and, I’m sure, it will impress you with heaps of fresh ideas!

I bought this book recently and it is incredibly inspiring. The ideas are original, easy to create, and the book itself is really beautiful with a great end chapter on everything you need to know on how to look after your plants.

It's ok, but the same ideas are repeated and there isn't enough info of type and care of plants.

Not many practical ideas. The book repeats just few ideas over again.
