I was introduced to this book by a deciple of Ann Wigmore, who was teaching a class in living foods. After a short time on the diet I was able to stop taking my hypo-thyrodism medication forever. The book is recommended as a great starter in uncooked foods, as it is inexpensive and gives the theory behind the recipes.
