This is a well presented and laid out low fat recipe book. I haven't tried out all of the recipes yet, but 90% of the ones I have tried have been tasty and interesting. It's illustrated with lots of colourful photo's, and the fat content, colories, and salt etc for each recipe are shown which is handy if you really want to keep an eye on what you are eating. The book is split into sections for snacks, vegetarian, fish, meat, and desserts. Some of the recipes have an oriental twist and some are more european, there's a good mix of styles and there's some soul food in there too. Most of the recipes don't take that long to prepare and cook either so it's handy for quick evening meals. I think maybe a few more recipes could have been added and a few of the glossy photo's removed, but apart from that this book has been a welcome healthy addition to my kitchen. Out of the few healthy eating recipe books I have this is definitely the one I use the most.
