This stuff is fantastic, It was first recomended to me by a local Healthfood store
when I called in one day with a terrible stuffy nose from a cold.
It smells nice and fresh, you just put a tiny drop on the tip of your finger
and wipe it across the bridge of your nose, and a little bit under the nose.
within seconds your eyes will stream water, but this passes quickly and hey presto, no more stuffy nose, but unlike nasal sprays etc... I find just doing this once gets rid of the stuffy nose, and if you do it at the first symptoms of a cold, in a lot of cases the cold wont persist, and I have usually woken up the next day with no cold symptoms at all.
It works much better than a similar product called "olabas oil".
I have recomended this product to many people and they all had good results.
It might only be 10ml in size but this lasts ages.
No more nasal sprays or antihistamine pills for me, I keep this little bottle handy instead.
In fact thanks to PoHo Oil and Echinaforce tincture, I have not been to a doctor in 3 years, nor has my Mum, we dont get sick so much any more.
