Fabulous! 27 Jan 2010
By Mitcher
Format:Paperback
This is a really cracker recipe book. Everything we've cooked from it, so far, (about 6 recipes) has been just delicious. Recipes are straightforward and easy to follow - with great results. Even my sceptical husband is converted, and will use this recipe book above his other Indian cookbooks. Thoroughly recommend it.

I couldn't wait to get home and start cooking once this book arrived. It's packed full of low fat tasty recipes which are easy to prepare. Plus there's a full colour photo of every meal to whet your appetite. There's even a recipe for a Korma that comes in below 10g of fat, and the vegetable samosas are incredibly low fat but taste great too. When I was instructed to follow a low-fat diet I thought I would have to give up Indian food but with this book all that has changed. I've been batch cooking since it arrived and now have a freezer stocked with delicious meals. Highly recommended.
