Dr. Chujiro Hayashi is the highly renowned student of Reiki founder, Dr. Mikao Usui. Dr. Hayashi developed his own style of Reiki and became the teacher of Hawayo Takata, who introduced Reiki to the West. This manual consists of the main exercises of the Hayashi Reiki system including techniques never taught in the West before; the blood circulation technique; and colourful photographs demonstrating the techniques.

Yet another excellent book from Arjava Petter. His impeccable research into Reiki history has lead to contact with a Reiki family who are trained in the traditional Reiki techniques as taught by Dr. Hayashi himself. The book contains interesting historical accounts of Tadao Yamaguchi's (co-author) family members experiences whilst training with Hayashi. The detailed 'blood exchange' and specific condition treatment plans are very well illustrated. An ideal companion to the Usui Reiki Manual also by Frank Arjava Petter.

I am very impressed with this book. It is well written and explained in comprehensible language. The book goes into a lot of detail regarding the different techniques, with the pictures of the different hand positions shown with clarity. The Family history of Tadao Yamaguchi is very interesting. There is a lot in this book, with a lot of interesting background information. I would highly recocomend this book.

An excellent book, detailing the Reiki 'Blood Exchange' and how to do it. I was not taught this technique during training (well, I WAS, but only a very simplified version). I would recommend this to you if you wish to add a little something else to your Reiki sessions.
I was a little disppointed because I had hoped for a lot more reading. But none-the-less, I am happy with my purchase.
