He's published over seventy short stories in the fantasy and horror genres, and his articles on writing have appeared in Writer's Digest, Writers' Journal, New Writer's Magazine, Ohio Writer, Speculations, and Teaching English in the Two-Year College. Surreal...frightening...suspenseful...all this and more. Nathan Bennett's search for the truth, and the Dark Angel, pits him against not only the Harmony Society but also himself, as he attempts to separate his own realities from those he sees in his journey down the Nightway. His story poses some very debatable questions: Is our reality the true one or just another of the many overlapping folds of time and space? And is the choice to stay in one, rather than another, a matter of loyalty to the familiar or simply a form of insanity?
Written in clear, concise, and beautifully descriptive prose, this story of one man's collision with a supposed unreality is both entertaining and unnerving enough to make one wonder if there's a grain of truth hidden between the lines. Read it and decide for yourself!
