The Happiness Training Plan is an audio, self-help programme with 12 simple, practical steps to greater happiness based on recent findings from positive psychology, the science of well-being. Chris Johnstone and Miriam Akhtar are both pioneers of positive psychology, who use the science daily in their work. About the Author

Miriam Akhtar is one of the first positive psychologists in Europe and holds the Masters in Applied Positive Psychology, with its mission to make the world a happier place using the evidence generated by the science of well-being. She is a trainer who designs and delivers well-being programmes and uses positive psychology techniques in her coaching practice.
