Positive inspirations 18 April 2010

This CD is very well thought out, accessible & practical approach to empowering oneself to making better choices & living happily. The underlying principles of positive psychology upon which much of this information is based, make so much sense & it is a relief to know that our psychology can & has been studied from this more empowering & helpful perspective.
However, the CD is not an intellectual assessment of a school of psychology but a useful, clearly illustrated & very practical guide to how to live more happily, on a daily basis. It is delivered in an easy to listen to, interview style format. The techniques, exercises & ways of looking at life, that are given on this cd are relatively easy to follow & can be profound if practised regularly.
So often we pursue/buy/achieve things in life, in an attempt to find happiness. Taking the direct path to find happiness, makes so much more sense.
I highly recommend this cd.

This is a well thought out and practical step by step guide towards a happier life. The conversational style is easy to follow without being patronising and the experience and empathy of the authors shine through. Heartily recommended.

Format:Audio CD
I really enjoyed working with this CD and keep it near at hand for 'diffiult' days. It's well produced and easy to listen to: full of REALLY good ideas to help change your mood naturally - no phoney stimulants - but you do have to do at least some of what they suggest!!

I do recomend that you get this CD and have a go at cheering yourself up for good! Gradually build up your 'inner resources' to really feel great (or a lot better at least) more of the time AND have help at hand when you can't do it on your own. The authors sound like lovely, 'ordinary' people who really know a thing or two which might help. . . Give it a go, what have you to loose? I found it, and still find it, really helpful.
