After searching for a helpful book on ICT I decided this was the one to buy. As it turns out, it is very basic in content even, I suspect, for a new member of the teaching profession. After taking an initial look through the book I have not used it any more. I am left with the feeling that along with a few colleagues I could have done a better job. The price for a book of this size and quality is very reasonable.

Very disappointed in this book. Only contains basic information - I could have knocked it up myself in a weekend. It comes across as if the author spent very little time on it - he certainly doesn't give anymore information than the average NQT would have. A complete waste of money. There are much better books out there.

Not very good at all.Contains nothing that you couldn't find after 2 mins of searching on the internet.Is the writer in primary education?I don't think so.

Great compendium
I have other books which focus more specifically on individual subject areas but this is the only up to date book that paints a broad picture of ICT in education as a whole. Read more
