From the title I thought the book would help improve my golf. It did not because it is not that sort of book. It contains short stories with a golfing theme. From a personal view point I found the stories uninteresting, mundane and in one or two cases rather childish. Not a recommended buy.

You don't have to be a golfer to have this book put a smile on your face. You never quite know where your going in these stories until you get there.

all eighteen chapters started off very interesting but all had very shallow or meaningless endings. Not a book for golfers of any level, nor a book for the serious minded

Knowledge of the game of golf would help. 25 Jun 2012
By Lori Arnold - Published on
Format: Paperback
I bought this book for my husband (an avid golfer and spiritual guy) for fathers day.
He thought it looked good until he started reading it. He told me later he was so frustrated he through it in the garbage.
He felt the author was cashing in on the golf craze without knowing anything including the basic language of the game.
As a golfer myself I took a quick peak and have to say he is right. I would give this one a pass.
And yes, I will drag it out of the garbage and pass it off at some random book sale but...disappointed for sure.
