purchaced this after a few years of using normal foam rollers . all i can say is spend the extra cash and get the real deal . mony well spent . they are that good i have purchaced another one to leave in my shop . great for the legs and back . p.s this roller will never get soft like the other rollers as it has a hard plastic pipe inside the inch of foam . not for the faint hearted .

This is a fabulous product. As an avid gym goer, turning 40 was a big milestone and a worry. When I suddenly started to experience nagging knee pain that began to impact my workouts I was inconsolable. A visit to the physio diagnosed IBS and advised massage and use of a foam roller. I use the foam rollers in the gym which make a difference but nothing compares to the relief I now get from just 20 rolls every night with this product...not a jot of knee pain since. This is a foam roller in a different league and for the minimal extra money it is well worth it...I just wish I had invented it!

I'm a runner. A fairly dedicated one at that. And like most serious runners, I often overdo it. Sore muscles and minor niggles can be dealt with by regular use of this bit of kit as well as being a great preventative tool. Though not cheap, it's sturdier and more effective than most. Be at a loss without it.

One of the best products I have used.
Much better than any foam roller you will find at the gym. It's got a plastic core so doesn't lose shape.

Works better than other rollers and is not to large to pack for holiday. especially because it has a hole in middle so has extra room to other rollers
