5.0 out of 5 stars Best book series for young kids 2 Feb 2014
By Xerxe - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
These books are perfect for our eight year old son ... PERFECT. I bought the entire series and they are improving his reading skills considerably. The photos are engaging, the words are complicated enough for a challenge, and it is one of the few chapter book series that can keep his attention. Wish there were more.

My son loves Lego Ninjago, and he loved reading this book. Plenty of action. The reading level was a little difficult for him as a 1st grader, but he was determined to read every word!

My boys love this book. They continue to read it over and over. Great book to get boys into reading that are interested in the Ninjago show
1.0 out of 5 stars Poor Content 21 Mar 2014
By Teodora - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
Thee content of this book is garbage. My children were very confused when I read it to them, I was too. Too many names, and some references in the sentences were difficult to associate with the quite referral. The story is not only badly written, but it is hardly possible to call it a story. The content is very poor. I am extremely disappointed because this was a book offered at our local school book fair, and the goal of these events is to promote literacy, but how can you do that when the content is so poor. I understand that companies put anything out there to make money, but that's just wrong. Remember, in the short term you will make money, in the long term the kids who currently read this junk will be working on your accounting. Very disappointed at Lego and scholastic and just the publishing industry.
4.0 out of 5 stars The series as a whole is confusing 24 Jan 2014

reading all of these ninjago readers, there is a lot of stuff missing in between the books, so unless you have seen the shows regularly you will be missing quite a bit. My 7yr-old loves it anyway.
