Book Description

29 July 2004
It's exactly one year after the legendary Blackwell Live and the irrepressible dangerous bambinos, Ronnie, Claude and Fleur are now fifteen. Beware of the things you wish for, ladies, you might just get them. In Ronnie's case, it's the gorgeous Jimi Steele, who, despite being the most beautiful boyfriend in the world, has also shaped up to be a prize flaky buttmunch. When Jimi manages to ruin the LBD's big night out, the girls need to reconsider what it means to be a dangerous bambino. It does NOT mean mooching about the Fantastic Voyage waiting for a call, or putting your mates before a boy, it means taking control. And super minx Fleur Swan decides that a trip to Astlebury Festival is the best way to do it. This time, the LBD are determined to go. All they need is tickets (sold out), permission to go (no chance) and a lift (oh-huh). Oh dear

5.0 out of 5 stars another brillant book from Grace Dent 30 Aug 2004
Format:Paperback
I loved Grace Den'ts book "LBD: It's A Girl Thing". I wasn't sure if she could accomplish to write another great novel but she did.
In this book Ronnie and Jimi are going through a rough spot. Jimi is forever forgetting about meeting up with Ronnie so she decides to give him a taste of his own medicine.
Also, the LBD again want to go to Astlebury festival but again are faced with the same problems. Will they be able to manage to persuade their parents to let them go? Will they be able to get hold of tickets that are sold out and even if their parents gave in how on earth would they get there?
This book is full of nice surprises and is just as good as the first book.
