Dr Hatsumi sets the record straight on a number of misconceptions about Budo Taijutsu. The question and answer format reflects his wonderful personality excellently. He dispenses freely with advice on life as well as Budo. A recommended read for practitioners of any level.

Using a question-and-answer format featuring several highly-ranked western students, Hatsumi-sensei pours forth pearls of wisdom at once so commonsense yet simultaneously illuminating, one cannot help but become engrossed not only in this system of martial arts, but also in the man himself. A must-have for anyone who calls themself a martial scholar, artist, or intelligent person!

This is a very good book to read if your interested in Ninjutsu!It doesn't have a lot of moves in it but is well worth the read coming from a legend indeed.It is a relatively short book sadly enough as you could read it for a long time but the insights and knowledge makes it well worth buying. I really enjoyed reading it and recommend it!

The grand masters book of ninja training
Not so much a book more a set of published questions and answers, I did this and then I did that etc realy quite dull there are much better books on this subject on the market!

Interview with a Master
This book is great. It is not a text book which will help you learn the Martial arts of being a Ninja. But it does dispell some notions about ninjustsu. Read more

hmm. bad book
i didn't like this book, from the opening of the cover. it is an interview, and so is not very concise or informative. unless you're well into it, don't bother. Read more

Quite a few good photos, text is not so good.
There are some good photos in this book, kamae and weapons etc. However please ignore most of the text because most of it is highly inaccurate. Read more
