I have to say, especially having read the reviews before purchasing, I was pretty disappointed with this book. Unless you're a first year student looking to get an internship/work placement, I wouldn't bother with it. It states the obvious, and then even repeats the obvious, as if you didn't comprehend it first time round. Every piece of advice in this book will be provided by your careers advisor at any good university, and what's more, can be found by simply looking on sites like targetjobs/guardian jobs. Not one piece of information within stood out for me, and for the most part it was stuff I consider blindingly obvious as a 3rd year student who has attended a few, but not many, graduate career minded lectures held on campus. Disappointed, but as I said, perhaps useful to those who are truly new to the concept of graduate employment (e.g. someone just about to commence their university studies).
