"...This program has taken strokes off my game, my friends are always commenting on my improvements.." Donna Clegg

Are You Ready for the Good Life?
You are over 50, retired or closing in on the golden years, and enjoying more free time because the kids are starting their own lives (at least we hope so). Many people look forward to these years as a time to travel and play more golf. The good life, right?

Well, it's supposed to be but it's not so much fun if you are playing bad golf!
Many golfers take their first golf lessons right about this time. But it does not take long to learn that golf instruction is not tailored to golfers "your age." The golf instruction you get, is often identical to the instruction the 15 year old high school players get. Do you have the same body you had when you were 15? The same flexibility and strength?

At Age Defying Golf, we knew that a different approach was needed. We know that many golfers over 50 no longer have the flexibility to simply correct swing problems with a quick tip or lesson. Stiffness at the ankles, hips, shoulders and back forcefully prevent the golfer from making a good golf swing. As a result, the traditional approach to golf instruction is no longer effective. If you have been frustrated with your golf game, it is not your fault. Golf instruction has not been tailored to your golf game or your golf body...until now!

This book, written by the instructors at Age Defying Golf, is the first golf instruction book specifically designed for golfers over 50. Golfers who are beginning to feel the effects of "age" on their golf game.

In this book, we have identified the top 12 swing killers that we find over and over in golfers over 50 that cause poor consistency, poor contact with the ball, and loss of distance. But we don't stop there. We give you specific, step by step instructions and illustrations to correct the body restriction that is CAUSING the swing fault, followed by the most effective drills and instruction proven to engrain a powerful, consistent and repeating golf swing. That is a lot. But we go even further. We insure your success by providing vetted recommendations and comparisons of highly effective training aids specifically designed to fix your swing fault that we have successfully used with our clients.

From A to Z, if you are over 50 and are unhappy with your golf game, we have all the tools and instruction to make it great! You can experience an Age Defying Golf Game.

You have worked really hard for a long time, it would be a shame to spend your retirement frustrated and unhappy with your golf game. The Golfing Good Life provides you with every tool you need to play great golf and have fun making your best years truly great.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Book for the Older Golfer 31 May 2013
By Letta Meinen - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I have read Dr. York's book the Golfing Good Life: Instructions for the Golfers over 50 and I find it full of great advice. The exercises alone should help any golfer at any age not strenuous but helpful. The diagrams easy to follow. This book should help every golfer over 50 even for me going to be 88 in a few days the instructions were easy to follow. This book needs to be in print form so you could have the page near you when you do these exercises. I played golf with my son and his friend today both over 50 and taking up golf again. They are prime targets for this book. I have informed them about Dr. York's book for golfing after 50 is a whole new experience with new swing planes.

Check out this book if you are over 50 and want to play a decent game of golf. Golf is a sport you can play for the rest of your life so do it right and get this book The Golfing Good Life. You will enjoy many years of good exercise playing a challenging game.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best book I have seen for golfers over 50, very effective 24 May 2013
By James - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
A unique, thorough, very effective approach to the problems that most golfers over 50 face. Dr. York breaks down each of the major obstacles that older golfers face with simple effective solutions to each. I have personally used these exercises and techniques, and I can tell you they work. I am 63 and playing the best golf of my life, and thoroughly enjoying my golf. It is so nice to play with no pain or stiffness. What is even nicer is outdriving my buddies by 30 yards. Dr. York has definitely done his homework, if you are over 50 you should take a look at this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars A MUST READ for every golfer over 50 who wants to stay on the course! 16 Jun. 2013
By Elizabeth Bethel - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The Golfing Good Life is better than a physical therapist for this 70-something golfer! In fact, it provides strategies that will help me stay on the course and away from physical therapists. Putting the exercises to work, I've taken 4 strokes off my handicap in the last 30 days, I feel younger, and I don't ache when I slide out of bed in the morning! This ibook gets a 2 Thumbs Up! It's a guide to a better quality of life on and off the course for everyone who wants to age gracefully.

Elizabeth Bethel, PhD, Golfer, Author, and Blogger
