I brought this book about 3 months ago now. since I have started reading it I have managed to get my diet in to shape.
This is the second nutrition book i have brought and I have found that it covers every aspect from losing weight to bulking up. it also covers about all the amino acids, proteins, cards, fibre, and anything else you can think of. i have already recommend this to a friend and I have had really good feed back from him as well.

Concise but dated and often vague 28 Aug 1997
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
The "Gold's Gym Nutrition Bible", while comprehensive in its approach to bodybuilding nutrition, is nonetheless vague and outdated. Most of the nutrition advice offered is basic, beginner-intermediate level, and very little scientific research is quoted to support its claims. A good point of departure for anyone seeking an introduction to bodybuilding nutrition, but not detailed enough to make a useful compliment to training and diet. Most of the information between the covers of GGNB can be found on the newly mandated food package nutrition labels -for FREE

The unorthodox bible to building fat 30 Mar 1999
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Apparently the authors don't know the strength of the word bible. If this book is a bible, then I hope that I'll never find it in the drawer of a hotel bed-side table. Absurd information about nutrition. Someone should tell the people from Gold's to start from the beginning instead of writing books for their, already huge, friends. If you're a beginner, don't join the gold's religion; find another bible that's realist.
Good book for begginers! 28 Dec 2010

If you have an interest about dieting for bodybuilding......this is the book!,it contains most of the information you need, but not all. Most of the books from Golds Gym has opinions and reviews from former Mr.Olympia, and I think that is the peak of bodybuilding and sometimes it can confuse you. The true is you will not have a body such a Mr. Olympia with this book,it will only guide you about dieting.

The book is very easy to read about colloquial terms, and it is very well explained. The typography is very good, medium letter and the way how they accommodate all chapters makes this book very easy to get in the field. I personally recommend this book to beginners. It is really a nice book at all.
