I've happily paid the airmail fee to have this shipped back to me in Seattle - twice! Once as a gift for a dear friend who has just discovered Pratchett ( I couldn't get the American version of Small Gods) and now for me since it was so hard letting go of that gift that I decided I had to have one for myself. My paperbacks are severely foxed (and badgered) from years of thumbing through them and loaning them out. I love these 3-in-one packages. If only I'd gotten the Witches Trilogy before it had gone out of print! These hardcover versions are well made and they'll last - exactly what I want from books I know I'm going to enjoy and share for many years to come. And what better way for me to recover my Prachett collection quickly and durably. I'm looking forward to some long winter evenings full of chuckles with my new editions.

Having read and thoroughly enjoyed these books a while ago(15-20 years ago) i decided it would be a good idea to catch up with some of Terry Pratchett's newer work but,i needed a bit of a refresher course & managed to pick up a few of these trilogy hardbacks for a reasonable price as a reminder as to where i was up to.I have to say,you can't really go wrong with any of the Discworld books anyway and the three tales included in this omnibus are as good a place to start as any.

Well what can you say about this mans writing? Funny, articulate, gigglesome. I have not yet found a book of his that I haven't enjoyed reading. He appeals to young and old and quite frankly, the world would be a duller place without him.
