Couldn't put it down 29 Mar 2011
Format:Paperback
This was a wonderful story which I couldn't put down. I am now reading the follow up and it is proving to be just as engrossing.

Judging by my personal reading tastes, I've always found Freda Lightfoot's books hit and miss. I either can't get intrested in them or I can't turn the pages fast enough. This book was the latter.
A brilliant read for someone like myself who enjoys a good saga. As I have read so many I sometimes find the plots predictable but in this book i gasped and my jaw dropped at least twice!
Without giving too much away the book ends with the villan vowing revenge... leaving it well open for a follow up book.
Highly recommended.
