The best rock & roll movie from the 1950s was undoubtedly 'The Girl Can't Help It'.
Sadly, there was never a soundtrack LP issued. Now finally the soundtrack is available on disc with this impressive CD release. All the songs are here and sounding great. A couple of the songs were never commercially released, including The Chuckles 'Cinnamon Sinner', so the producers have had to dub those few tracks direct from the soundtrack, however the soundtrack transfers are excellent! Comes with a fully illustrated full color booklet with detailed stories on the artists and the songs, and loads of great pix. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite movies, it features early pioneers of Rock n Roll. Eddie Cochran, Fats Domino, and Little Richard, not to mention the other favs that make up this awesome movie! I always wanted the soundtrack and it came out. Thank Gawd!!!
