Natty idea, but doesn't really work - you get half bullets more often that not. Also since they're so thin, they dissolve almost instantly.
Wow! Brilliant. That's what I thought when I first saw this... sadly the reality of the situation is, this product is anything but brilliant. It simply doesn't work.
It's very poorly designed, meaning its awkward to use and the resulting ice bullets are rubbish. Filling the tray is tricky and you'll end up with water spilling out all over your floor on the way to the freezer, but worst of all are the bullets.
Because of the design (and the fact that most of the water leaked out on the way to the freezer, you rarely end up with a full clip of ice, as your magazine is only ever half full.
Also, once, you pop the bullets out, they are nothing like the results portrayed in the pictures. You're lucky if you even get anything resembling a full bullet. Most of mine turn out to be just the shells or a bullet splint in two down the middle.
Then, pop them in your drink and they seem to dissolved almost instantly. This item is fun and novel idea, but that's all it is. An idea. Because it really doesn't work.
