With little investment, I've got recipe ideas for making a variety of different dishes like salads, smoothies, salad dressings, desserts, appetizers, snack, drinks, and soups. The instructions are easy to follow. This is a book that is worth keeping in your pantry so that you can refer to from time to time for new dish ideas;)

Veggie and fruits recipes? "Easy" - someone might say. BUT if you're into healthy nutrition, you willl soon notice how hard it is to come up with something interesting, healthy, tasty and orginal at the same time.
This is exactly where this book gives you a hand.
Well recommended.
