I never thought I'd see the day I'd buy a book by Norman Tebbit but this is an excellent idea. I'm not one of the people who is frightened of cooking game but my recipes tend to be a mixture of old clippings from magazines and my own inventions amounting to about half a dozen tried and tested recipes . I very much like the idea of a reliable, readable game cook book to expand my repertoire.
