Before I bought this book I was totally at my wits end. I feel like I've tried every diet and all this has done is make me my fattest ever. This book is a revelation, it's written by a man who's been there and struggled with his weight, getting fatter & fatter with every attempt. This is a holistic approach - it's a mind & body approach. I feel so much better, more energy and happy. I am not thinking about food 24/7, I have not jumped on the scales and my clothes are loser. I think what has really helped me is this is about adding things to your diet and there's no feelings of deprivation at all. I've tried McKenna & I've even had a private session with Marisa Peer which had an effect for a couple of weeks. When you have the book you can get a free download to use every night when you go to bed. Unlike Mckenna & Peer, who's visualisations are long and irritating this is only about 20 mins long and Jon's voice is nice to listen to. His website has some excellent free resources, videos, recipes etc. I do not feel on a diet, therefore I am not 'on' or 'off' it. If you are ready to stop listening to the BS in diet books and really tackle your weight, then I would definitely recommended this book and Jon's website.
