This is a fine collection of 80s music, although clearly nobody's supposed to know that. Are they really expecting people to buy this purely on the basis of that cover? Beauty is only skin deep after all. Although in that case, I think that cover could do with a few appointments with a plastic surgeon. No, it's what lies within that counts. So, allow me...

Simplified, I bought this CD for Lydia Murdock "Superstar", thats it, so didn't care what the rest of the track listing was. However, this is a cracker. Its got the regular tracks you would expect but there are some surprises aswell. I won't bore you with a track listing, but its good and if you like the 80's dance scene rather than the chart you will not be dis-appointed. The price isn't bad either.

I am originally from London and was looking for another album to convert my vinyl to cd and this album is an absolute must have for any 80's soul fan! From the cult favourite "I found Lovin" (Which climbed the UK charts no less than 3 times)The heavy intro beats of "say Im your number one" (stock,aiken,waterman) and Loose ends "hangin on a string" all songs a classic (your favourite will be here!) finishing with the slow dance classic "move closer" which went #1 for exactly one week before ironically being ousted by Paul Hardcastles "19" a possible ommission from this very album
