This olive oil has a delicate grassey aroma and sweet fruit flavours. We have with worked with Georgio Gaziello for nearly 20 years, his exceptional oil is made exclusively from Taggiasca olives, grown on the hills around Ventimilia, Liguria in Northern Italy. Local growers pick olives from their groves and bring the olives to the mill where they are traditionally stone ground and cold pressed. The oil is a real gem and is used by many proffessional kitchens. The oil is unfiltered to leave it as unprocessed as possible.
