I enjoyed every minute. All actors are at their best and the story is both moving and well constructed. A must.

Perhaps it is inevitable that this production will always be compared with the earlier BBC Black and White series. Yet, each carries its own interpretation and both are are joy to watch. This version tells the saga in fewer episodes and so moves at a slightly faster pace. It has a very strong cast and is beautifully produced. A delight to watch.

Why is the official review on the original 1967 series, not the one being sold? One would expect greater care!
