After looking through the Diet books to try to start the New Year on good footing, I found this. I Read a few of the pages on line and it made sense. I never did work out all the labelling that we have today and this helps to clarify the manufacture's different approaches to "healthy" foods!

I do find I have been using it as a reference book, being able to dip in and read the bit that I need has been helpful and of course quick to resolve the latest swap out.

Excellent and even has a section on crisp swaps for those of us addicted to snacks. Beware of microwave popcorn though, I'll stick to popping it myself.

This book gives so many good food swaps! It's a very easy to read book, with helpful hints on eating well!

Say goodbye to complicated diets & counting calories. This book is a really easy guide to healthy eating - just think of all your favourite calorie laden foods and this book will provide a healthy alternative.Fabulous!!

This brilliant book will help anyone achieve their health objectives. It is easy to follow, very practical and has lots of great ideas too.

I found this book easy to read informative and very surprising in places. Wasn't filled with jargon either which also helped.
