A great series of Cookbooks! Every recipe I've tried and followed to the letter turns out brilliantly. A great all round Mediterranean food lovers book.
An amazing book. Really shows you how to cook traditional mediteranean food. The photography through out is superb. Unfortuantely the picture on the cover does not do the book justice.
Like another reviewer I stumbled on this in a bookshop and it is a fantastic recipe book. Instructions are well written, photography is great, and a the diversity of the recipes is superb. Would recommend as a must have, far better than any celebrity cookbook (and we own quite a few!)

the cooking book is great. receipts are well explaned and illustrated.
