I live very close to Italy and eat and cook Italian food many days. This book has the best recipes I've ever cooked. My son and I have tried and tested most of them and everyone has turned out perfectly. They aren't too complicated but they are all delicious. Highly recommended.

I bought this book for a friends daughter, it arrived just a day before I left for my journey. It was not until I gave it to my friends daughter that I actually took a good look through the book... I had already read the reviews and that was good enough. But I have to say that this book is wonderful! The recipes clear and easy to make and very inspiring! On my return I purchased the same book for me and have started working through the recipes much to my families delight! If you like all things Italian you will love this book!

Bought this as my sister in law has it and it really is a great book. Lots of authentic receipes made easy. Clear instructions, uncomplicated ingredients and superb results. Reminds me of being in Italy - if only I had the time to cook all day! Have tried lots of the receipes and not been let down yet.
