Superlicious Book 10 Nov 2011
Format:Paperback
This is a fantastic book with loads of helpful tips for general healthy eating and specific advice for serious conditions. I have found information in here to help the whole family from my insomnia to my daughter's migraines - and the recipes taste good too! I love the programme as well - Dr G is quite tasty himself....

This is a brilliant and beautiful book. There's loads of information for everyone - can't wait to make the hair loss salad for my husband! Also masses of help on what to eat and not eat for all types of conditions. I hate the idea of popping pills and this feels like you can really make a difference through what you eat. Yummy recipes too. Can't wait for the series to kick in!

I love the programme Food Hospital and as my daughter and myself suffer from eczema I was excited by a programme and wanted to order a book to find more ideas on how to cope. I didn't expect a lot, as I understand, that this has to be something that's made for individual. All I found was a one page description of an illness and one line of foods that we should avoid. Nothing new. I would not buy it if I have seen it in a book shop. Well, I will know better next time.
