Book Description

19 April 2012
The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop Team Assessment is a 38–item paper handout that is an excellent team development tool. A key component of the facilitator–lead Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop, the Team Assessment delivers what the name implies "a team assessment" rather than an individual self–assessment.  It provides participants with an opportunity to begin exploring the pitfalls that are side–tracking their team. Easy to use, the Assessment is ideal for team off–sites, retreats, or a series of team development meetings. It will help teams of all types increase their cohesiveness and productivity.

A good way to look at team dynamics from the Lencioni brand. The story that sits behind it provides clarity.

5.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money. 31 Mar 2014
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Pointless rubbish.
A degree in the obvious a moneymaking scam. Do not waste your money. It went straight in the shredder. I have read better and will continue to do so don't be taken on by the hype.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Workshop Book 1 Jun 2013
By Margaret A. Huebner - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
I have used the entire training material for this topic. I do recommend the graphic novel by the same name. Employees seem to enjoy that more. It raises key issues around handling conflict in the group and getting more honest sharing overall. Powerful exercises can be derived from this and other books by Lencioni. I highly recommend the book and the collateral materials.
