Fit Or Fat Woman 18 May 2000
By Laura B Ellis - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Covert Bailey speaks our language in his book. He also speaks bottom line. If you eat fat, you will be fat. I bought this book a while ago and felt I needed a push back to reality after reading all the other books (low carbs/high protein, blood type etc.) that just aren't for me. I gained weight. Its not going to happen over night with some crazy diet. We have to exercise for the rest of our lives. If you are looking for an easy way out, this isn't the book for you. But, if you are looking for the truth about how we as women are going to stay healthy and in shape, then I highly recommend you read this book. Get a buddy and start moving. I decided after turning 40 that now my happy hour hang out is at the gym!

EXCELLENT! 30 May 2000
By Jack - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
As a Fitness Trainer, I was amazed at the wealth of good/valuable information this book provides. I had read it originally 10 years ago, and teach many of my clients the principles Mr. Bailey describes. Use this book as your guide to weight loss!

All diet myths shattered. 14 Sep 2005
By darfish - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
After reading this book, I know why all those diets I've tried failed. I was so happy to finally find someone who understands the special dietary needs of women and who could thoroughly explain away the diet myths out there. It is one of the most helpful books I've read in years.
