4.0 out of 5 stars Scary bedtime mysteries 27 April 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Ideal bedtime tales of mysteries. Each one just long enough to get through before sleep wins. The stories are a good mix of old and more recent. Some are not for the faint hearted but most are a good read . Would recommend them the book as a " pick up any time" but particularly at night.

4.0 out of 5 stars Mysteries. 6 July 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I have read some of the tales in the Mystery pack, and so far they seem to be good. I have down loaded several different Megapacks, and read one story then go on to another Megapack.A wonderful and cheap way of buying reading material, that would otherwise cost pounds for all the books in one pack.

3.0 out of 5 stars A reasonable read. 6 Jan 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
A different writing style from that I am used to, which took a while. The stories all have a bit of a twist and some twists you can see coming from miles away, but a reasonable read anyway especially for the price. Which is why I chose this book.

1.0 out of 5 stars Dire 3 May 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
At the price paid, it's a bit churlish to complain, but it's not made clear that this is a collection of short stories, many of them now out of copyright. It's not even a good collection and most of the stories border on unreadable. I don't often give up on books, but I don't think I'll reach the end of this collection!
