The kind of book you can read whilst cooking and wouldn't care if tomato sauce splashed on it. But beyond that I can't think of anything positive to say. Just lamentable.

You don't need to read the first book in this series but I would highly recommend that you do so. It is a very good book. In the second book The first Assistant we basically pick up where we left off and after a very funny start to the book you settle in to a really easy read that is captivating. I can't wait to see what Lizzie gets up to in the next book - of which I'm sure there will be one.

I hate it when i come to the end of a great book....I read this in about 3 days, i couldnt put it down!
I had to stop myself from skipping pages and reading ahead cos i just couldnt wait to find out what was gunna happen with everyone...
You've gotta read the first book "The second assistant" as it gives you the back ground to who all the main characters are...
I hope there's a third installment of the behind the scenes of Hollywood...I've gotta find out what happens to everyone!
This would make a perfect movie :0)
