This book has given me hope that it is not too late for me. Having tried (and been helped by many other therapies), I have realised that for some of us there is a missing link. Vitamins,minerals, keeping fit,relaxation etc etc is vital but often this is not enough. Niravi offers a new perspective on conception and miscarriage and takes us right back to patterns we were taught by our parents and experiences we had as children, which often showed us that motherhood was as an unrewarding and frustrating experience. As a result, many women subconsciously disassociate from their mothers and try to be different. If this describes you (and it certainly describes me), then this book will help you to reclaim your right to having a healthy baby. Niravi also offers an excellent telephone counselling service - she is a wonderfully wise woman with a passion for her work and a huge, loving heart.

As someone who has recently undergone investigations and treatment for endometriosis, I found this book really helpful in explaining the link between your emotional state and health/fertility. It's a really practical book with loads of exercises and questions to ask yourself, to get to the bottom of any emotional issues that might still be affecting you. I also discovered a number of beliefs that I did not even realise I had! It contains many examples and stories of clients that Niravi has worked with, which is also helpful. Not a book for the faint hearted, or those who don't believe in the link between emotions and fertility. If you're up for it, buy yourself a blank notebook and set aside lots of time to really work through the exercises and get the most out of the book. I think definately a good purchase!
