A very insightful approach to Aspergers Syndrome, it's main value for me lies in the depictions of everyday activities and how Will though about them, handled them and reacted to the outcome without being aware of the cause of his 'unusual' perspective. In some ways it's like seeing the world through the eyes of an alien, in others it's scarily familiar - it's easy to see how close any of us are to such a condition.
At the same time, it's not a dry text-book style work but a very personal and moving account of one man's first 30-odd years in a very easy to read style.
