About the Author
Holland was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Columbia, Missouri. He holds a Bachelors of Journalism and Master of Arts from the University of Missouri. While studying advertising at Mizzou, he worked at Wilson's Fitness Centers as a personal trainer. He is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association. He played college football and lacrosse, lived in England and loves being outdoors. When he's not writing awesome fitness books, Holland is a teacher, personal trainer and does strategic communications. Holland currently lives in Salt Lake City with his wife, Jennifer and sons, Ethan and Darin.
