These eight episodes from The Fast Show's third series brought us characters like the 13th Duke of Wybourne, No Offence, Taff Lad and the Hearty Hikers, and treats in the shape of Swiss Toni, Dave Angel, and old favourites like Suits You, Channel 9, Colin Hunt, Ted and Ralph and an ever-increasing parade of catchphrase heroes. Brilliant!

I feel that by season 3, The Fast Show had really got going and had become really funny. Paul Whitehouse is an absolute comedic genius, and his characters are always my favourites. My fav sketches are the ones with the old guy who mumbles away and then ends it with "I was very, very drunk" and the "scorchio" TV station.
The Fast Show is quite repetitive, tending to use the same sketch idea over and over again with new ideas in it. However, it is still very funny, and also this kind of format tends to produce memorable catch phrases. I still find myself saying "Suits you sir!" way more often than is necessary!

The Fast Show really is brilliant, once you get past the rather bizarre opening titles piece. After that you get introduced to a whole plethora of fascinating characters, all in a format deliberately designed to keep moving along and keep you interested. Apparently Paul Whitehouse is Johnny Depp's favourite actor, and it is not too difficult to see why when you experience the versatility and range he shows through the various Fast Show series.
A fantastic ensemble cast, who flit in and out of various skits throughout the series. Charlie Higson, Arabella Weir and Mark Williams are all especially brilliant.

i recently bought series 1-3 as i loved the show when it was first aired.on watching the first season however my attention wained after the 3rd episode, because of the repetitiveness of the sketches and characters. so if u want to fully enjoy the show i would watch it in small doses. it unfortunatley has a lack of extra's which was a disappointment. however a funny show in general.the 3rd series also has a cameo from johnny depp who loved the show
