Teaching fast bowling is hard as kids all have different actions and different capabilities. This book explains how to teach it really well. Its not just a technical manual from which you have to just copy what the player in the picture is doing, but it explains all the important parts of what makes them bowl faster and what makes them bowl straighter. Well worth a read

An excellent read for all fast bowling coaches and I would recommend all coaches to broaden their knowledge with it. Easy to understand and first class images to back up the theories. I would recommend going on one of the author's courses for the practical experience to back it all up as well.

Having been on both ends of fast bowling coaching over the last 25 years it was nice to be able to finally have a reference to the actual bio-mechanics of bowling that actually made sense. As one of the more difficult areas to coach this book provided the knowledge to provide the how and more importantly the why of how to get the most out of your bowling. A definite must read for bowlers and cricket coaches at all levels.
